Achieve the perfect shimmering smoky eye with tips from Esther Foster, the makeup artist behind our Holiday campaign: "The silver shimmer is applied with a bigger fluffy brush for a nice blend. To create a 'liquid liner effect' I used the black matte eyeshadow with a wet brush. I used the same technique on the waterline."
